Job Summary
Assign routes for Ace Fleet Drivers, maintain daily and weekly reports, and interact with Ace Retailers to provide information and services. Serve as the point of contact for drivers while handling various administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing lists and BOLs. Work Sunday through Thursday from 6:30am to 3pm with flexibility to adjust hours as needed. Requires high school diploma, excellent computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AS400, WMS, and SAP.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with AS400
- Experience with WMS
- Experience with SAP
- Customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills including professional phone presence
- Excellent writing ability
- Expert problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with customers
- Ability to follow through quickly with problem resolution
- Ability to work in warehouse/office environment
- Flexibility to work earlier or later to complete daily tasks
- Self-starter who is motivated and works well independently with little supervision
- Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role
- Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility
- Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-3pm
