Driver cum Sales Assistant

Driver cum Sales Assistant responsible for driving routes and visiting customers as per schedule at Kempas branch. Follow the mandatory 7-step sales process: greet customer and scan barcode, check stock and return, take order, deliver stock, collection, merchandising, and log out handheld. Maintain copies of Tax Invoice, Receipt, and Goods Return Note with customer rubber stamp. Handle customer complaints and tele-orders within 24 hours. Include duties related to stocking, invoicing, returns, and customer service in a retail environment.
