Job Summary
The Driver Crew Member is responsible for safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer and performing various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, and applying mulch. Daily vehicle inspections and the use of hand and power tools are required. Candidates must hold a valid Driver’s License, pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, and have prior experience in driving a truck & trailer. This role demands physical endurance to work outdoors in varying conditions and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Landscaping experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
