Job Summary
Driver Crew Member drives a 24’ truck with trailer and performs landscape installation duties alongside the enhancement crew. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, sod and hardscape installation (pavers, stone walls), mulch installation, irrigation/sprinkler work, trenching and soil prep, hand- and power-tool use, and other job-related duties. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus; outdoor work in extreme temperatures; able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role blends driving with hands-on landscape installation on Southeast projects.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
