Job Summary
Driver for Country Meadows providing safe, one-on-one resident transportation to appointments and acting as a companion. Duties include assisting residents entering/exiting vehicles, dropping off paperwork at physician offices and returning to the nurse’s office, supporting wellness with independence, daily vehicle safety checks, and traveling according to the transportation schedule. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and ability to handle emergency situations.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License
- no major traffic violations over the past 3 years
- ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows safe performance
- familiarity with local roads and area
- ability to perform physical tasks required for the role
