Job Summary
Manage and monitor partner carrier orders, updating web systems for new carriers and communicating TMMC requirements. Maintain driver and carrier relations while monitoring performance and assisting with skill development in customs, Hazmat, and regulations. Provide solutions to driver and customer concerns, notify clients of delays, and issue TMMC reports as needed. Participate in driver retention initiatives and contingency planning for route coverage issues. Complete other duties as assigned.
