Job Summary
Deliver and collect goods on designated routes using company 3.5 tonne vans, ensuring safe, legal, and efficient transport; complete delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate records; load/unload, prevent overloading, and secure goods; perform daily vehicle defect checks, maintain cleanliness, and follow health and safety policies; provide professional customer service at client sites and assist with warehouse tasks when not driving; operate forklift equipment if qualified and support operations as needed; demonstrate strong organisational skills, reliability, and flexibility to meet operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivery and collection driving
- Good understanding of road safety and legal driving requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and organised approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maths and English skills
