Job Summary
Operate a 26-ft box truck to service multiple customer locations daily, safely delivering and removing large appliances including residential refrigerators and freezers. Visit homes to verify eligibility, load and secure equipment using proper lifting techniques, and transport items to a warehouse or recycling facility. Interact professionally with customers while maintaining safety, teamwork, and adherence to company policies. This safety-sensitive role requires working in various environments and weather conditions, including occasional extended days. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years old, and pass background checks. Located in the Bondurant/Des Moines area, this position supports CLEAResult's Appliance Recycling program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable performing physical work, including heavy lifting and repetitive movement
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Willingness to learn
- DOT medical card
- Must be located in the Bondurant/Des Moines area
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support
