Job Summary
Drive delivery vehicles and/or operate truck-trailer combinations to transport building materials to customer sites, adhering to safety and compliance regulations. Secure, maneuver, and unload products at specified locations while verifying order details against invoices to ensure accuracy. Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and DVIR inspections using handheld devices, and perform routine vehicle safety checks and cleanliness. Operate forklifts or non-motorized equipment to load and offload materials, and handle credit or product return pick-ups as assigned. This role requires a Class B CDL license, valid MVR, and DOT medical card, with a base hourly rate between $23 and $26.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ years old
- valid driver's license
- Class B CDL license
- A minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience
- 2 years of CDL driving experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license

- Pass MVR report
- Obtain a DOT medical card within five (5) days of a request
- Have less than 5 moving violations in the last 5 years
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Ability to read and speak the English language
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds frequently
- Must be able to lift and carry, with assistance, up to 200 pounds
- Must be able to physically operate delivery vehicles (climb up and down into cab, twist torso for 360-degree visibility, use arms to operate controls, etc.)
- Must be able to drive vehicles weighing greater than 26,000 pounds
- Must be able to tow vehicles or trailers less than 10,000 pounds
