Job Summary
Operate a tractor-trailer to pick up and deliver products within an assigned industrial area using a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement; load/unload materials and perform warehouse tasks (including forklift operations); comply with safety regulations, maintain DOT logs and shipping documents, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, ensure proper placards and safety equipment, and support customers while upholding GreenPoint Ag values; position based in Covington, TN with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a “satisfactory” driving record
- Requires CDL Class A
- Requires a Hazardous Materials Endorsement
- High School Diploma or GED, may be offset by experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to operate equipment (forklift, trucks)
- Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation including labels, SDS, manuals
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers
- Ability to travel varied hours/days as needed
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer-service orientation
