Job Summary
Operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks and work equipment, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs, at customer sites for hazardous waste clean-up. Perform both driving and non-driving duties on and off-site, adhering to Health and Safety priority 3-6-5. Complete a two-week paid Academy training program, which may be out of state, with all expenses covered by the company. This role supports Clean Harbors' mission to solve tough environmental problems through innovation and proven methodology across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- Ability to operate heavy and light duty trucks/work equipment
- Ability to operate vacuum trucks
- Ability to operate Cuscos
- Ability to operate guzzlers
- Ability to operate roll offs
- Ability to perform driving duties
- Ability to perform non-driving duties
- Ability to work on and off customer sites
- Ability to work with hazardous waste
- Ability to work in emergency response situations
- Ability to travel out of state
- Ability to work on-call basis
