Job Summary
Deliver materials to customer sites using a Class A CDL, operating delivery vehicles weighing over 26,000 pounds and ensuring on-time, undamaged delivery. May load/unload and secure product, verify orders, maintain delivery logs, serve as a customer service liaison, conduct safety checks, and comply with DVIR/HOS requirements. Requires High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license and Class A CDL, MVR suitability, DOT medical card within five days, and English proficiency; prior delivery driving experience is required and more than one year CDL experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds frequently and up to 200 pounds with assistance, and perform duties in a production environment with safety considerations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ years old
- valid driver's license
- Class A CDL license
- Pass MVR
- Obtain a DOT medical card within five days of a request
- Have less than 5 moving violations in the last 5 years
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Ability to read and speak the English language
- A minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience
- 2 years of CDL driving experience strongly preferred
