Job Summary
Responsible for driving delivery vehicles and truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, deliver undamaged goods on schedule, and provide professional customer service. Essential duties include loading and securing materials, verifying order details, maintaining delivery logs, handling customer concerns, and performing routine safety checks. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a Class A CDL license, and at least 1 year of delivery driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Class A CDL license
- Pass MVR report
- Obtain a DOT medical card within five (5) days of a request
- Have less than 5 moving violations in the last 5 years
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Ability to read and speak the English language
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of CDL driving experience is strongly preferred
