Job Summary
Maximize warehouse picking and replenishment efficiencies through effective item placement and data analysis using company methods; assign pick locations for new items, apply slotting strategies for new releases, analyze historical and forecast data to optimize product placement, generate Moves List for location changes, maintain permanent locations and capacities in the WMS, and slot products dynamically to decrease pick times and replenishment activities. Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and team to address slot capacities, location accuracy, and safety concerns; utilize MS Excel and JBLC slotting tools for evaluating slotting locations and balancing workload across multiple work zones; work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm; undergo various duties as assigned by the warehouse manager; required to operate pallet jack and forklift; strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience operating a pallet jack and forklift
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
