Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities while assisting them in and out of vehicles and throughout community events. Ensure resident comfort and safety during travel by following all local, state, and company driving regulations and safety procedures. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization while building positive relationships with residents and families through effective communication with leadership and team members. Participate in required meetings, training, and community events to support resident engagement and maintain professionalism at all times.
