Job Summary
Transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and/or dialysis appointments and scheduled outings using the Center's van. Requires a valid Texas driver’s license, a CNA certification, and CPR training. Maintain vehicle documentation, ensure registrations, inspections and insurance are current, and coordinate a weekly usage schedule with the Executive Director and DON. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and repair per manual, and comply with Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention. Equal opportunity employer offering a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- DMV driving record inquiry clearance
- No outstanding criminal/civil citations
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current CPR Training Card
- Ability to read, write and speak English
