Driver- Certified CNA/ECA

Certified Driver/CNA transports residents to and from the facility for medical appointments, community outings, and facility needs, ensuring safe, timely travel and proper use of wheelchairs, lifts, and mobility devices. When not transporting, provides basic CNA support as needed, assists with mobility and vital signs, and aids nursing staff. Duties include pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, accurate documentation of logs and mileage, vehicle maintenance reporting, adherence to safety, infection control, and DOT requirements, and maintaining a clean, respectful resident environment. The role requires professional conduct, safe operation of transport vehicles, and the ability to respond to changes in resident condition during transport.
