Job Summary
Operate and maintain single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks and forklifts for delivery and pickup of agronomy and energy products, adhering to specified schedules and DOT regulations. Conduct daily pre-trip inspections including fuel, oil, tires, lights, and brakes, while performing basic shop maintenance and keeping vehicles clean. Load and unload cargo according to company policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate. Work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant, with occasional exposure to extreme weather, dust, fumes, and chemicals. Maintain a professional image, follow the Uniform Policy, and comply with GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, OSHA, and DOT safety standards.
