Job Summary
As a Driver CDL at Mondelēz International/NABISCO in Belcamp, MD, you will deliver our products to stores and warehouses, perform safety checks on equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack), and maintain receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records. You’ll operate under a union-represented role with Monday–Friday scheduling (night shifts 12am–4am start window; 8–10 hour shifts) and service routes across Southeast PA, northern Delaware, and northeast Maryland. The role requires a CDL-Class A with at least two years of safe driving, a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, and completion of drug testing, MVR, and background checks. You’ll leverage an electronic logging device (ELD) and scanner, adhere to FMCSA/DOT/OSHA regulations, and adapt to varying routes and temperatures while prioritizing safety and timely deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-Class A license
- At least two years of proven safe driving experience
- Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR, and background check
- FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration
- Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations
- Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
- Proficiency with smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times
- Ability to use a scanner and log deliveries
- Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and schedules
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
