Job Summary
Ensure compliance with procedures and perform regular safety checks on equipment including the tractor, trailer, and pallet jack. Complete daily field service activities by preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records while adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations. Drive intrastate routes between Oklahoma City, Texas, and Oklahoma City, servicing military base facilities and various stores and warehouses. Maintain proficiency with electronic logging devices and scanners to log positions and deliveries, adapting to changing routes and outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule, but subject to change based on business demand: Monday - Friday (5days a week)
- Shift 12pm- 8pm; (8 hrs per shift)
- 40 hrs a week
- Principal location: Oklahoma City - 5600 SW 5th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73128
- Interstate/Intrastate: Intrastate (OKC-Texas-OKC)
- All applicants must meet all requirements set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's Final Rule regarding the issuance and renewal of Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDLs)
- Must have a CDL-Class A license
- Have at least one year of proven safe driving experience
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- You must successfully pass our drug test
- You must successfully pass our MVR
- You must successfully pass our background check
- FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required
- Minimum of one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions
- DOT requirement to check the last 10 years
- Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements
- Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
- Proficiency in using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times
- Able to use a scanner and log deliveries
- Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures

- Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD)
