Driver - CDL (B) - Residential

Conduct complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment. Safely operate a collection truck along designated routes, reading route sheets and servicing customers identified by the dispatcher. Perform refuse loading using manual and automatic controls, operating the compactor to dispose of material at the designated facility. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, tag them per departmental procedures, and clean spill areas while adhering to safety standards. Complete daily vehicle condition reports, route sheets, and productivity sheets to ensure operational readiness and meet departmental standards.
