Driver - CDL (B) ($4,000 sign on bonus)

Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment are in proper working order. Safely operate the heavy truck along designated routes to disposal sites, reading route sheets and servicing customers as assigned. Lift and load refuse using manual and/or automatic controls, then dispose of collected material at the designated facility. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, tag them per departmental procedures, and clean areas around accidental spills while adhering to safety standards. Complete daily vehicle condition reports, route/productivity sheets, and other required documentation. Maintain adherence to productivity standards and actively participate in the Company's ReSOP program.
