Driver - CDL (B)-2

Driver with CDL (B) responsible for safely operating a collection truck and delivering prompt, courteous waste removal services. Performs complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, maintains compliance with company safety standards and regulations, completes vehicle condition reports (VCRs), reads route sheets, services each customer on the route, operates control systems to lift and load refuse, and disposes of material at the designated facility. Maintains customer rapport, identifies unsatisfactory waste containers, monitors waste quality, cleans around spills, ensures vehicle readiness to minimize downtime, completes productivity sheets and required reports, adheres to productivity standards, follows safety policies, participates in the ReSOP program, and performs other duties as assigned. Strong emphasis on safety, reliability, time management, and professional conduct toward customers and co-workers. Minimum requirements include a Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.
