Job Summary
Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites using a Class A truck on flatbed, RGN, or lowboy trailers. Drive safely in urban, suburban, and rural settings, including tight construction zones. Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicles at job sites. Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more as required. This role supports Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, offering extensive on-the-job training and a career track for entrepreneurial individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license with CDL License
- Acceptable driver's record
- Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones
- Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment
- Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers
- Customer service attitude
