Job Summary
Driver – CDL (A) sought to safely operate heavy commercial trucks for delivery and removal of containers. Responsibilities include completing pre-/post-operation inspections, adhering to safety standards and regulations, reading route sheets, servicing customers on route, operating vehicle controls to load/dispose of waste, performing minor container repairs, tagging unsatisfactory containers, monitoring waste quality, maintaining vehicle readiness, completing route/productivity sheets and reports, and participating in safety programs. Skills emphasized: professional customer interaction, time management, reliability, adherence to company policies, and mechanical aptitude for minor repairs. Qualifications include Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement and typically two years of prior experience with commercial trucks.
