Job Summary
Transport, remove, deliver, and collect liquid and solid hazardous and non-hazardous wastes from various customer sites, including loading and unloading trucks. Oversee cargo handling, secure loads, and perform trip inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness. Maneuver vehicles into loading positions, report defects or accidents, and check load-related documentation for accuracy. Record and maintain driver logs, bills of lading, and manifests. Communicate with customers and co-workers, clean up debris, and provide feedback on operational issues. Train others when required. Valid CDL A with tanker and hazmat endorsements, manual transmission experience, and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required. Overtime and occasional weekend or overnight work may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A with clean driving record
- Tanker endorsement
- Hazmat endorsement
- Must be able to drive manual transmissions

- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity and experience working with government documents such as manifests
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques
- Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Manual dexterity, ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
