Job Summary
Provide vehicle driving services to transport residents as scheduled by the Administrator, operating facility automobiles, trucks, and buses; assist riders entering and exiting vehicles; perform preventive vehicle checks, maintenance coordination, and wash vehicles as needed; follow written and oral work assignments while safeguarding PHI and adhering to compliance standards; perform additional duties as requested by the Administrator; requires CDL Class D or higher with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record; duties may involve indoor/outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs; per diem/temporary role at Sitrin Health Care Center in New Hartford, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Current Commercial Driver’s License Class D or higher with passenger endorsement
- clean driving record
- ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Safe driving skills and ability to work with motorized equipment appropriate to fulfilling job duties
