Job Summary
As a Driver / Transportation Specialist, provide safe, reliable transportation and light caregiving for individuals with IDD, transporting clients to day programs and community activities, assisting with entering/exiting the vehicle, and delivering minimal hands-on care. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, monitor health and safety, complete documentation, and coordinate with Abound Health teams, families, and external parties. Participate in paid onboarding and ongoing training; enjoy a team environment, growth opportunities, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Current automotive insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record check
- Ability to pass driving record check
- Ability to pass healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to assist with light personal-care needs
- Lifting may be required
- Experience with individuals with disabilities is not required (paid training provided)
