Driver- Care Transportation Specialist

Job Summary
Drive and transport caregivers to and from client locations and transport clients to medical appointments, therapy visits, and essential errands. Follow daily transportation schedules provided by the office; maintain accurate mileage records for reimbursement; provide courteous, professional interaction with clients and caregivers; ensure timely pickups/drop-offs; assist clients safely when entering/leaving the vehicle; report any accidents or safety concerns; maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requires a valid U.S. Driver’s License, clean driving record, ability to pass background checks, valid automobile insurance, a reliable personal vehicle in safe condition, and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance. Transportation duties cover Delaware County and surrounding areas; position emphasizes safety, reliability, time management, and clear communication with office staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or serious violations)
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record review and background screening
- Valid automobile insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle in safe operating condition
- Ability to maintain routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.)
- Comfortable driving throughout Delaware County and surrounding areas
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and time management skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
