Job Summary
Safely operate commercial trucks including roll-offs, flatbeds, tankers, and dump trucks to transport materials between destinations while adhering to federal, state, and DOT/FMCSA regulations. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, and maintain accurate records of inspections, mileage, and fuel usage. Comply with hours of service limits, rest periods, and traffic laws while reporting daily DVIRs and attending mandatory monthly safety meetings. Requires a valid CDL Class A license, 24 months of verifiable experience, and a clean MVR. Work a Monday through Saturday schedule in an outdoor environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A Driver's License
- Clean MVR with no chargeable accidents that exceed three (3) points
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work a Monday – Saturday schedule
- Pass pre-employment DOT drug/alcohol test
- Pass pre-employment road test
