Job Summary
CDL Driver for chemical distribution operating Class 8 tractors and handling hazmat and non-hazardous liquids and solids. Responsible for bulk and packaged deliveries, loading/unloading with pumps and related procedures, processing required documentation, and ensuring DOT/OSHA and Brenntag safety standards compliance. Role involves driving equipment, maintaining safe operations, staying current with safety training, and ensuring proper equipment care and housekeeping. Must meet driver qualifications, possess a Class A CDL with Tanker/Bulk/Hazmat endorsements as required, have a DOT medical card, and be willing to work overtime or weekends. Local residence within sixty miles and compliance with company safety policies are required.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with Tanker, Bulk, and/or Hazmat Endorsement (as required for role)
- DOT medical card
- TWIC card or show proof of application in process (if location requires)
- ability to drive a manual transmission
