Job Summary
Promoting and practicing safety awareness; transport railroad crew members in company-provided vehicles, ensuring on-time performance and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include picking up and dropping off passengers, communicating with Dispatch Center, performing vehicle inspections and reporting defects, and adhering to all company policies. Starting pay varies by driver type (DYV, MPV, OTR) with shift differentials; home daily and on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
- Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
- Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
