Job Summary
Conduct scheduled van runs and assist guests with luggage, including loading/unloading carts and escorting guests to rooms. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and lobby area standards while delivering messages, flowers, and information to guests. Open cab doors, check luggage tags, and answer the console to support guest services agents. Show guest rooms and suites as needed to emphasize amenities. Maintain regular attendance and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- One year driving experience
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

- Experience in a hotel or a related field
