Driver/Behavioral Health Group Leader

Transport clients to and from scheduled doctor appointments Monday–Friday, departing campus earlier than standard start times as needed. When no appointments are scheduled, assist with supervision of clients and support daily programming within the facility. Provide direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent and equitable manner while acknowledging and respecting client rights. Guide clients in performing basic living skills and accompany them to all treatment program components per the Weekly Planning Schedule. Accurately document all client activities, ensure hand-offs are complete with entries in the permanent written log, and monitor client safety following applicable policies. Report actual or potential accidents, communicate medical complaints to nursing staff, and ensure clients are dressed appropriately for weather conditions.
