Job Summary
The Community Driver transports residents to/from offsite activities (shopping, doctor appointments, scenic drives, and other events) and performs regular cleaning, maintenance, and daily vehicle inspections to comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation in an Independent Living setting. The role includes on-site work with Full-time schedule Fridays through Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with holiday availability preferred. Requires a valid Driver’s License and at least two years of experience driving others; experience in auto maintenance is helpful. The position is with Generations, a family-owned senior living operator with offerings including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities; an equal opportunity employer. Remote options: on-site at the Portland, OR location.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current Driver’s License.
- Two or more years of experience driving others.
- Experience in auto maintenance is helpful, but not required.
