Job Summary
Driver Associate delivers complete, accurate orders via efficient routes, prepares trucks by loading and securing items, verifies shipping papers, documents delivery receipts, and maintains communication with the company. Maintains safety and compliance with DOT regulations, inspects vehicles, operates forklifts as needed, and supports warehouse duties. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license with a clean MVR, 1–2 years of experience (distribution/driving preferred), strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs while working in variable indoor/outdoor conditions. Reports to Branch/Warehouse Manager and participates in standard safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1–2 years' work experience (distribution or driving experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repeated climbs/descents from the truck
