Job Summary
Coordinate transportation and escort services for participants while communicating with the interdisciplinary team to manage overall coordination needs. Maintain a driving record free from infractions including DUI, reckless, or excessive minor infractions, and demonstrate a spirit of teamwork aligned with Lutheran SeniorLife's mission. Support individuals in maintaining independence through comprehensive programs like LIFE across Armstrong, Butler, Beaver, and Lawrence Counties. Full-time role with a sign-on bonus paid throughout the first year, competitive hourly rate, and access to health reimbursement, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one (1) year experience in working with the frail or elderly population
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record free from infractions including, but not limited to, DUI, negligent, reckless, or excessive minor infractions and convictions
