Job Summary
PTI seeks a Van Driver to safely transport railroad crew members in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities include promoting and practicing safety, prioritizing on-time performance to meet customer needs, picking up and dropping off customers safely, providing excellent customer service, timely communication with Dispatch, opening/closing doors for crew, reporting defects during vehicle inspections, and adhering to all company policies. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service with company-provided vehicles, home daily, and opportunities for growth. Minimum requirements include being at least 21 years old, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, at least 3 years driving experience, and the ability to pass post-offer screenings and background checks.
Required Qualifications

- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
- Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
- Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
