Driver and Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Conduct daily bin pickups and deliveries while ensuring vehicle safety, completing maintenance checks, and maintaining a clean, fueled truck. Supervise and mentor clients and new job coaches, modeling appropriate behaviors and monitoring safety at all times. Coach staff on customer service, assist in developing individual service plans, and maintain accurate documentation including progress reports and incident logs. Communicate with parents, case managers, and team members to report concerns and ensure compliance with security policies. Perform physical tasks requiring lifting 50 lbs. and pushing 300 lbs. in rolling bins while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.

- CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain and maintain it
- Fingerprint clearance card, or ability to obtain and maintain it
- Proof of good driving (39-month uncertified MVR)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to pass the Beacon driving test
- Article IX and Prevention and Support certificate, or ability to obtain and maintain certification
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, Clients, and the public
- Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment
- Courteous and professional customer service skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical card
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to use judgement
- Ability to learn and use equipment
