Job Summary
Drive electric shuttles in Miami's mapped service area, providing valuable transportation while acting as a community ambassador to share local hotspots and hidden gems. Ensure safe, efficient, and enjoyable rides by welcoming passengers with a smile, maintaining vehicle cleanliness through pre and post inspections, and operating various electric vehicles including GEMS, sedans, and vans. Maintain excellent customer service and showcase the community while using technology such as GPS and applications. Requires three years of safe driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of safe driving experience
- valid driver's license
- passion for customer service
- working with the public
- ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications
- ability to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications
