Job Summary
Drive the van according to scheduled runs and/or as needed for guests, accommodating them with an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Assist guests with luggage, load and unload the van, and escort guests to rooms upon request. Perform concierge duties by delivering messages, flowers, and packages to guest rooms, while checking and storing luggage using tags. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and the motor entrance lobby area, ensuring the lobby reader board is correct. Greet guests in a pleasant manner, answer the console to assist guest services agents, and provide information maps and directions. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for attendance, personal appearance, and safe operations across its global portfolio of hotels.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- One year driving experience
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
