Job Summary
Drive the van according to scheduled runs and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Load and unload luggage carts and the van, escort guests to rooms upon request, and deliver messages to meeting rooms. Maintain cleanliness of the van interior and exterior, motor entrance, front door, and lobby area. Greet guests in a pleasant manner, answer the console to assist guest services agents, and provide information maps and directions as required. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards while wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

- Experience in a hotel or a related field
