Job Summary
Drive the van according to scheduled runs or as needed for guests, assisting with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and performing concierge duties. Escort guests to rooms upon request, deliver messages to meeting rooms, and check/store luggage using tags. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, greet guests in a pleasant manner, and answer the console to assist guest services agents. Ensure lobby reader boards are correct, maintain cleanliness of the motor entrance and lobby area, and provide information maps and directions. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- One year driving experience
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
