Driver Aide - Greenville, Mercer, Hermitage & Sharon PA

Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during transportation to and from home, day programs, appointments, and community activities. Safely operate a vehicle when assigned routes require coverage, including regularly on Tuesdays and occasionally covering additional routes. Monitor passenger safety, comfort, and well-being while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness. Complete required daily logs, documentation, and incident reports. Work independently while adapting to changing transportation needs and follow transportation schedules to communicate delays or concerns.
