Transport patients to appointments, activity trips, and airport shuttles while ensuring all passengers wear seatbelts. Pick up visitors or staff as needed and drive facility vehicles to retrieve supplies or equipment. Accurately complete transportation documentation and maintain vehicle logs, reporting maintenance issues to staff. Keep all company vehicles clean and functional while adhering to the on-call schedule. Respond to patient needs with a positive, empathetic attitude, resolving complaints when necessary.
