Job Summary
Deliver products to various locations within Greater Rochester and stage materials between Mt. Read and Lee Rd facilities. Load and unload trucks, locate customer orders on the production floor, and move them to the shipping area. PolyBand and wrap orders, make deliveries and pickups from all FCP vendors and Rochester locations, and scan material movement between facilities. Handle delivery and pickup tickets, maintain truck records, and fuel, wash, and maintain the company vehicle. Operate a GPS, two-way cellular phone, and forklift as needed. Assist the shipping department when required.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid/clean CDL class B NYS driver's license
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to consistently & safely drive
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, power pallet jack, & forklift (when needed or required)
- Ability to operate a GPS and two-way cellular phone
- Basic PC & Microsoft Application knowledge
- Must be able to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines and priorities
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fork truck experience preferred
