Driveability Calibration Team Lead (PowerTrain, Gasoline and Diesel)

Lead drivability calibration activities for assigned vehicle programs from development through production, managing a team of approximately 10 members. Collaborate with simulation, modeling, hardware, software, and validation teams to predict and refine drivability behavior for internal combustion, hybrid, and electric powertrains. Interface with OEMs, external stakeholders including AVL and FEV, and customers to align on targets and expectations. Define and execute calibration strategies for throttle response, torque delivery, gear shift quality, and pedal mapping while conducting vehicle testing in diverse environments. Mentor junior engineers, support root cause analysis, and document changes in version control systems.
