Job Summary
Drive-thru operator responsible for selling to and servicing drive-thru guests and collecting payment, aiming to complete the drive-thru in 3 minutes or less by following the 7 steps, while maintaining guest satisfaction, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with cash-handling and company policies. Requires basic reading, writing, and math, ability to operate a computer register, market the menu, handle guest complaints, work well in a team, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds. Shift work and regular customer-service duties are included.
