Job Summary
Drive Thru Ambassador handles donations in a fast-paced Goodwill retail setting, greeting donors, assisting with unloading, inspecting, sorting, and pricing donated items, and ensuring quality and proper categorization for resale. Responsibilities include documenting donation intake, following safety protocols, maintaining an organized donation area, collaborating with teammates and supervisors, and contributing to store operations. Requires strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to learn donation policies, safety awareness, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Emphasizes teamwork, Kaizen-driven efficiency, and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, PPE, and light industrial machinery.
