Job Summary
Drive Thru Ambassador at Goodwill (Dyer, IN) – perform donation intake, sorting, pricing, and assist donors in unloading items; ensure safety and organization in a fast-paced store environment; greet donors, document donations, and support store operations with a team-oriented approach. Key duties include receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing donated items, following safety protocols, maintaining clean donation areas, documenting intake and discrepancies, adhering to guidelines for quality categorization, collaborating with staff, and contributing to efficient operations. Requires excellent customer service, ability to learn donation policies, strong attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; authorized to work in the U.S. and flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, PPE, and light industrial machinery.
